Corn Pancakes

Thought JD's Hot Honey wasn't for breakfast or brunch? Think again. As this beautifully light and airy corn pancake recipe from @thegfgrocer on instagram shows, give this a try to level up your brunch game. 

RECIPE (makes 6 pancakes)
-2 eggs
-100g yoghurt
-50g cornflour
-20g masa harina (available from @thegfgrocer)
-15g masarepa (available from @thegfgrocer)
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
-1/2 tsp ground cumin
-1/4 tsp mixed spice
-4 spring onions finely chopped
-1/2 tsp salt
-100g tinned sweetcorn
-@jdshothoney to serve (available from @thegfgrocer)
-Mix together the eggs and yoghurt
-Add the flours, baking powder, bicarb,  cumin, mixed spice and salt. Mix until you have a smooth thick batter.
-Add the sweetcorn and spring onion, and mix again.
-Heat a large non stick frying pan.
-Add 3 tablespoons of batter and cook for 2 minutes on each side, remove and repeat.
-Drizzle with @jdshothoney and enjoy! :yum:
