At first I was very happy, tasted exactly as I expected and was delicious. However, after around 5 days in the fridge it seems to have gone ‘ off ‘ ? It’s lost its red ish colour and gone almost crystallised and is impossible to squeeze out of the bottle now so you have to take the full lid off and spoon bits out if you were to try eating it. Slightly disappointed after it ticking all the boxes of what I was looking for in a hot honey but if it’s not going to last less than a week then it’s a pretty expensive weekend sauce

After seeing this online quite alot I decided to try it and I wasn’t disappointed, the sweetness is lovely and then the kick at the back of your throat is really nice.
