It started with a pizza
Back in 2021, stuck indoors like the rest of the country, Jade and her husband fell hard for homemade Neapolitan pizza. One thing was missing: that sweet-meets-spicy hit you can never quite put your finger on. So she did what any obsessive would do and started experimenting, blending real honey with fiery red jalapeños until she'd nailed it. The first bottle of JD's was born on a kitchen counter, and the pizzas were never the same again.

Sweet heat, on everything
Turns out hot honey doesn't stop at pizza. Before long it was going on fried chicken, halloumi, roast veg, BBQ, cheese boards and frankly anything within reach. That's the magic of sweet heat: floral honey up front, a warm kick of real red jalapeño behind, and a moreishness that turns "just a drizzle" into "where's it gone?". Every bottle is still made with the same real ingredients and the same obsession Jade started with.

Just getting started
What began as a lockdown project is now a staple in kitchens, at BBQs and on shelves across the country, from Ocado and Whole Foods to John Lewis and even Pizza Hut. But the important bits haven't changed. Same red jalapeños, same sweet heat, same belief that a good drizzle makes everything better. We're only just getting started, and we'd love you along for the ride.
