Pizza Dogs

This is the perfect way to use up any leftover dough from your pizza nights. So simple but so good. Check out this creation from @Meat.Smoke.Eat. left over dough never looked so good!

Pizza Dogs......

Left over pizza dough pizza dogs! 

Simple dough recipe: 
400g  00 or strong white bread 
14g dry yeast
1 1/2 tea spoon salt
4table spoon virgin oil
280ml warm water. 

As I say I was using left over dough from fridays pizza night, we decided to roll out our dough, add some pasata sauce, cheese and a couple of pre cooked hot dogs and fired up the Gozney Roccbox, add any additional sauce or toppings once cooked, I went with JDs hot honey, crispy onions and jalapeños, it was dreamy! Definite hit with the family!
