Absolutely beautiful

At first I was very happy, tasted exactly as I expected and was delicious. However, after around 5 days in the fridge it seems to have gone ‘ off ‘ ? It’s lost its red ish colour and gone almost crystallised and is impossible to squeeze out of the bottle now so you have to take the full lid off and spoon bits out if you were to try eating it. Slightly disappointed after it ticking all the boxes of what I was looking for in a hot honey but if it’s not going to last less than a week then it’s a pretty expensive weekend sauce

Bought these for my partner who’s been making all sorts with them. Last night was creamy ramen which was delicious, it’s great on fried chicken too. Looking forward to seeing what he comes up with next. We’re trying it with a chicken pasta tonight.

This is surprisingly delicious. Really nice sweet heat combo. You don't need much to really elevate a dish.
